Air Conditioning Inspections of systems with a rated output of 250 kW and greater became a legal requirement in England & Wales on 4th January 2009, with Air Conditioning systems over 12kw requiring inspection by January 4th. 2011.

Efficient Air’s Managing Director Darren Bryant assisted the Chartered Institute of Building Services in preparing and testing CIBSE TM44 guide for the Inspection of Air Conditioning Systems and was a member of the Department of Communities & Local Government EPBD implementation working group. He leads a company that has one of the largest teams of qualified and experiences energy assessors, accredited to carry out these inspections. (include picture of invasive measurements in control panel) Our expertise in this area was instrumental in gaining us a 2010 CIBSE Low Carbon Performance Award

Commissioning  an  Efficient Air’s Low Carbon Energy Assessors to undertake  your Air Conditioning Inspection is an astute decision, as not only does it ensure your compliance with the legislation But in more cases than not, pays for itself.

The Eland House Inspection demonstrated how taking a more invasive approach and quantifying savings resulted in immediate energy savings sufficient to  pay back the survey cost in  under 5 months.
