Air
Conditioning Inspections of systems with a rated output of 250
kW and greater became a legal requirement in England & Wales on
January 4 2009, when the first inspection should have occurred
to establish the current energy performance and provide advice
and alternative solutions to improve the energy performance of
the air conditioning systems. Air Conditioning systems over 12kw
require their first inspection before January 4th. 2011.
